Bonfiyah · Direct feedback + feature requests
Found a bug. Want a feature. I handle both.
Every bug report and every "I wish Bonfiyah did X" feature request submitted from the app lands on the founder's queue directly — no triage tier, no support-ticket black hole, no roadmap purgatory. Every one gets read. The fix or the feature shows up in your app, and the app tells you what changed.
Feature requests aren't second-class — they ride the same queue as bugs and ship on the same cadence. Your idea can become a v3.0.x release the same week you suggested it.
Submit from Settings
Open Bonfiyah → Settings → Help & Feedback → Bug Report or Feature Request. Type what happened, or what you wish Bonfiyah did. Optionally pick a screenshot from Photos. Your app version, iOS version, and device attach automatically.
Lands on the queue
Bugs and feature requests both show up immediately on my triage dashboard. I read every one. Blockers jump to P1. Feature requests that fit the product's direction get scoped right alongside the bug list — same queue, same week.
Fix or feature ships, you see it
When your fix lands — or your feature ships — the app shows a green checkmark next to the original submission with a one-paragraph note describing what changed. No "we're working on it" stalls. No roadmap purgatory. Just shipped or not.
How fast it ships
Some submissions are drafted by an agent — every one is reviewed by me.
Some submissions — bugs and feature requests both — are picked up by a code-writing agent that drafts the fix or the feature, runs the tests, and flips the item to "in progress" automatically. I review every agent change before it ships. Agents handle the boilerplate, I handle the judgment calls.
The result: your bug can land on production in the same week you reported it — and so can your feature idea. Sometimes the same day. The line between "I wish Bonfiyah did X" and "Bonfiyah does X now" is sometimes as short as one TestFlight build away.
Same-day track record · bugs and features
This isn't a roadmap. It's the normal cadence.
The last 48 hours of build logs include a backend fix for speaker badges, an iOS patch for a screenshot attachment, a fresh operator dashboard for mobile triage, and a user-requested feature — sorting the speaker dropdown by attendance — that landed in v3.0.93 the same day it was suggested. Three bugs and one feature, all shipped same-day.
Bug · Backend
Speaker-badge fix
Reported, fixed, deployed in one afternoon.
Bug · iOS
Screenshot attachment fix
Wouldn't open from Photos. Patched the same day in TestFlight.
Bug · Operator
Mobile triage dashboard
Triage from a phone instead of a terminal. Shipped within hours.
⭐ Feature request · Shipped
Speaker dropdown sorted by attendance
User asked. Shipped in v3.0.93 the same day. The kind of "I wish Bonfiyah did X" that became "Bonfiyah does X now" inside one afternoon.
Per-user emergency fixes
Hot patches go to one device.
If a bug blocks one user specifically — say, a corner case we can't reproduce — I can ship a quick patch directly to your device via TestFlight without forcing a full release. Standard releases batch up community-wide; hot patches are per-user.

3 items · sorted by recencySpeaker dropdown order is random instead of frequency-sorted
When I tap "assign speaker" on a transcript line the list shows in random order — was alphabetical last week.
✓ Fixed in v3.0.93
Speaker dropdown now sorted by attendance — most-recorded speakers first, then alphabetical fallback. Shipped the same day.
CSV export for action items
Would love to pull all my open commitments into a spreadsheet for the weekly review.
Recording paused unexpectedly when a phone call came in
Bonfiyah was recording a meeting; an inbound call interrupted and the recording didn't auto-resume after the call ended.

What stays private
Filing a bug doesn't change what you keep private.
Submissions tie to your Bonfiyah account — the same identity that owns your stories. I see what you submit, your app version, and (if you chose to attach) a screenshot. Nothing else. Voice recordings stay on your device (and your iCloud, if you enable sync); transcripts and speaker memories are processed on our backend under a no-training commercial contract; contacts are read locally. Filing a bug doesn't change any of that.
